I have a complete Ion kit I bought from Vodapas77 a couple of years ago that I'm about to install. I've got the original install instructions somewhere on my other puter. I can attach or send them Saturday.

I'm still not sure exactly how to remove the bumper cover, but I haven't searched hard on the topic yet.

i totaly need those instrutions man i started yesterday iam now 8.5 hrs in to it all i need to no is how the passenger side piping goes on from the ic to the turbo please help anyone

I just put on a custom intrecooler kit and it is clean as can be but it was alot of work as well I am still tryin to find a place to put my washer fluid box, May have to move my Battery to the trunk. Make sure you keep the Hot pipe away from your power steering pump/ belt.

The Jan 2004 Turbo & Hi Tech mag has the ION/MSP install. They said it was straightforward but a bit trying on the nerves since no overall schematic was provided. Here's a pic of the diagram the mag made, don't have a scanner:

the bumper takes about 15 min to take off 1st take off the plastic pins in the weel well then open it up and there will be two screws then go under neath and take all the screws off the plastic gaurds go to the head lights there is a screw at each one then pull it off there will be 4 plastic pins that are behind the mazda symbol thats it
