Hay guys I'm putting together my fmic and was wondering which size ic would be more ideal as far as FITMENT and PRESSURE DROP? It's either a) 28x7x2.5(core size 22x7x2.5) or b) 28x8x3.5core size 22x8x3.5). Please give me your input. Thanks.
i used a 2.5' core and i didn't need to relocate the p/s cooler. Holds 16-18psi depending on weather. any thicker and you will have problems with the piping hitting the fog lights or will be relocating the p/s cooler.
Thanks that was pretty helpful. Guess I was just a lil concerned about pressure drop since Cobb and some others went with 3-3.5" core. Anyone else please feel free to chime in. Thanks.

Lol, mos def man. I already have my fmic piping kit so its just a matter of a intercooler selection. Come on someone...hook it up with some brain power. I'm new to the turbo scene.
