I'm dropping my car off Tuesday @ Driving Expressions right down the street to finally get it tinted...I was only able to get 35% front and 20% rear out of them oh well...they do good work

What are they charging u for 35 front and 20 rear???
Did u want like 15% all around but they wouldnt do it??
Llumar film??? Let me know i have a contact here, i know its a drive to Coral Springs (east coast) but still.....

I don't think I am going to have them do it anymore. For some reason the more I think about it the more I dont really think they are going to do it for that much.

Either way I REALLY dont want to dip into my NOPI fund for it. I had to take some $$ out so now Im down because of the body kit (THAT BTW I DONT HAVE!) and a hood that I got for Chris that I didnt put the $$ he gave me in the bank and spent most of it

Mygreenmazda. IF you drive up with us its not going to be nearly as bad of a drive. I LOVE driving my car and when you've got 5 other Mazdas around you its even better!

so we are or we are not doing them together??? lemme know coz my alternator belt ain't gonna survive another 200 miles..... everytime i get in the car, i get out just to make sure its still on there....

I think around $160 and the film's supposedly the best quality 3M out there, but I'm not sure of it's exact type...I'd definately like 15%, but I'm heading up to UCF in the fall and the cops there are supposedly jackasses (they pulled some guy over for having one of his two license plate lights out and one of my friends for driving around a speed bump in an empty parking lot) so I don't want to risk going illegal and having to tear it off and pay a fine - thanks for the offer though (2thumbs)

Yep watch out with those UCF cops bro, I go to UCF and I have I already have one ticket for 170 dollars:mad: The cops are ASSHOLES, so dont thump your system and you better go the speed limit dont even bother going 2 mph above the speed limit they will pull you over.

Hey I get stopped on I-75 last week by a lady cop , she say's you in a hurry ? :wtf: I'm going 72mph , then she says you just get this car ? :wtf: , checks lic\reg say's just a warning have nice day. I drive 80mph all day on that road and troppers don't even turn there head!!!!!!! She was a (loser) !!!!!!!

yeah, when I used to be driving the IS300 as my car, I got pulled by this one jackass cop who apparently drove the fastest police car ever...he claims to have paced me at 68 miles per hour going south on 41 coming across Stickney Pt. :bs: thing is he was sitting in the Gateway shopping center and he had me pulled over just before the chrysler dealer...now, the IS300 is a fast car, but it's definately not THAT fast and I'm pretty sure it would take a slightly faster car than a police Impala to be able to pace me at 68 in that short space :wtf: (a police Diablo may have been able to pull off such a feat, but definately not an Impala)

Either way I wasn't even speeding, he was just pulling me over because he knew he could give me s***...so I took it to court but had to change my plea because my witness had to work - we asked him what his case was going to be and he decided that I also had engaged in a street race off the light at Stickney Pt. on top of speeding, so I'm glad I didn't even try and fight it because he was just making s*** up - I guess that's why he only wrote a ticket for violation of a traffic control device rather than for all that "speeding" and "racing" I was doing...he's the sole reason I hate police now

heh - the experiences I've had with northern police are actually pretty good...I can remember driving past a state trooper in Chicago doing about 20 over and he didn't do anything about it (I'm pretty sure he was shooting radar at the time too), so I have a feeling your uncles would be alright in my books

Yeah up north the families of the policemen/women get cards that are like get out of jail free cards. Cop pulls you over and you flash the card. They say have a good day and try to slow down.

This IS the UCF east of orlando, down towards bithlo (sp?)?? Where they held the SouthEastern Society of Automotive Engineers MiniBaja competition in Spring???
If it is, boy did i have a ton of good luck..... we entered the competition over there this year for the first time. Boy was it a hectic weekend... but the road where all the teams parked the trailers is a really nice road.... and it was under construction = cones everywhere
not only did i slalom all over the place, but one time i was sent to get something from our hotel room just down the road, off campus, and i managed to hit 65!!!!! on one of the roads in the back, near the gym and frat houses... and never got spotted.... OH MAN, WILL I NEVER DO THAT AGAIN OR WHAT!!
Maybe its because it was a sunday or whatever but boy did I get lucky....
