Floor mats and cargo mat.

I know this has been discussed...
I tried reading through all the pages, the wandering off topics, and my eyes glazed over.
Looking for good, not a car payment, mats for underfoot and under cargo. I'd like to cover the rear seat back also.
Lastly, has anyone put a piece of plywood in the rear, to sturdy up the cargo floor?

Cutting up wood to sturdy up the cargo floor (and other areas) is common practice in camper conversion. Any vehicle can be converted for use as a sleeping quarter with some modification. Totally doable since we already have that felt piece as an outline.

What do you plan to protect the rear seat back from? There is the OEM cargo protector that hangs from the headrest posts to cover the seat back, cargo floor, and additional flap at the hatch gate.

Otherwise there are sturdy, water proof pet mats that are easy to remove and clean. I have used yoga mats when I need to carry heavy stuff with sharp corners.

There are generic rubber cargo mats that can be cut to size, the same way we cut insoles for shoes.

This reminds me I still have a full set of WeatherTech's from our old 2019 CX-5. I was planning on listing them on here at some point, but I seem to be a little slow. If you're located in the Chicago area I will cut you a good deal. Otherwise, I'll just post them on here later using the proper selling protocol.
