Fishing out bolts

Hi.
I tried to install a hitch on my Mazda3 HB, and bolt on wide side went in to the support beam. Anyway to fish it out?

can you see it if so you might be able use one of the flexible grabbers with the claw on the end or a magnet.

Hmm didn't know such things existed. I was at Home Depot, Lowes didn't see anything like it. Do you know the "official name" or where I can get that. Not sure if bolts are steel, they are for hitch, so should be?
