yah, arp head studs have to be tightened in 3 steps. u have to losten and tighten them like 3 times i believe.

^ i did the same with mine. just have a plug in there for now until i go turbo.

Drill a hole, tap, and install one of these http://www.summitracing.com/parts/PRS-1037/ Its what I did and works like a charm

I was thinking of using one of these from XRP for the oil return on the PRV.

Correct. It was "fun" and tiring. LOL! I didnt want to warp the head AT ALL so i took my time cause it is a important thing to torque haha, i did 15-30-45-55-60 2 times then i did it one more time and added it up to 70.

yes...it said 90ft lbs in 3 equal steps. i had it running today and its fine...minus the bad coolant hose on the throttle body, injectors and manifold gasket lol

must use the grease provided with ARP fasteners otherwise the torque rating is not accurate. I tightened mine to 80lb/ft, in 4 sequences.

@darkangel...i used the 823 series with a flare fitting. well thats what i grabbed, the person who assembled it just threw a plug in there which is fine.

here are some pics of block.100_0393.webp[/ATTACH]]
