What are you going to be doing in real estate? I'll be going to law school and I'm considering doing some work in real estate, any suggestions?

Well the nice thing about real estate is that you can get your license in about 4 months but every state has different requirements.

I went to "American College of Real Estate"

Cost $1300 w/books
+ exam $75 per time

150 hours ed.
lots of live lecture

If you do get in to it you have to spend a lot of time with it or it won't work out

Best of luck

Beau from Mental Addiction Motorsports is awesome.

I have his highflow CAT mid pipe but he makes a mild steel & a stainless steel catless mid pipe

</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>The Mental Addiction Motorsports own midpipe is an easy way to gain power by eliminating the restrictive stock exhaust. This midpipe is mild steel, and includes a new high flow cat convertor to retain stock emissions status. An extra bung is included. Note: The Catted Midpipe is shown.

That's my stock mid pipe on the left and the MAM high flow mid pipe on the right.

Another picture of mine of the difference in the midpipes.
