I would think it would, but I could be wrong. Why would you want to though? I mean yea rear disks, if you are into that kinda thing, but the bolt pattern is different.

Stiffer rate, less rear camber. I would do it just for that then remount the drums ( which are more than adequate. on therear of such a light car) and job done. 550 seems a lot though, unless you are looking to upgrade to disc and then go through the work of refitting the Mz2 hubs and sourcing rotors, or having the Ford hubs/rotors redrille. Here in the states, the ST beam is $450 from Ford directly, brand new.
