Fiber Images EVO Hood in the rain?

Those of you who have this hood, what are your experiences driving it in the rain?

No big deal. Not a lot of water gets in there. But it is a good idea to have a plastic valve cover to protect the coils and wires.

Yea, same here. No problems at all, well, except the fact that my engine bay is a bit dirtier/rustier than usual. I'm also using the rainguard.

Yup, I put my MP3 valve cover back on.

as long as water doesn't get to the electrical parts of the engine bay you should be fine

Well, I haven't had weather stripping for a couple of years now.

I don't have any weather stripping either. The only reason I say to cover the coils is that they will get a little wet when driving. If you have the rainguard on then the water will just drop over the mani and stay clear of the wires. Either way it won't be a big deal.
