Few plastic snaps pulled out on sill extensions - recommendations?

Just picked up a new-to-me '06 sport with the PEP.
A few of the snaps on the passenger side sill extension have pulled out, so here's my first post asking for suggestions.

1) I'm assuming if I'm buying only the clips, best spot is a dealer?
2) How many clips should I get? Do I need to pull off the entire extension and replace all of them to get the sill back on properly? Or can I just go from one end to the point of the pulled snaps?

I don't want to risk warping the sill, so any tips would be appreciated.

Doubt the sill will warp, it is pretty flexible. It is rather hard to just get in there and replace a few of the clips. It might be best to pull it completley off, replace the clips and put it all back. It is fairly easy to do and there are I believe 2 larger clips on the bottom.

Note, take the sill off means you will need new clips as they are designed to be suicide in that they break away.

As for where to get the new clips, you have no choice but the dealership. It is a lot of work to try and salvage them say from a wrecker and they are not that expensive.
