The reason I asked is because I purchased something and the seller asked me to send as a gift I didn't think anything of it. It was only $1.03 fee and I asked them what was the difference wasbetween purchase and gift but never got a response back I guess I know why now I paid the fee huh

sending it as a gift doesn't charge anyone. And it is up to the what the buyer seller wants to do to send it as a gift or not.

no it charged me $1.03 I put in $25.00 to send then clicked gift and it went to the next page and it showed $26.03 of course I didnt think anything of it at the time but now I realized I paid the fee
