Feeler: Wagner Motorsports NA Header, Mid-Pipe & Cat-Back Exhaust for The "3".

I wanted to let everyone know that we are developing a NA header, Mid-pipe and Cat Back Exhaust System for the Mazda 3. I will be posting the dyno charts, (before and after) on this thread. If you have any thoughts on what you would like to see let us know. Thanks!

is there any way to keep the cat in the header, the reason i am not going with the draxas header is the cat delete, and with that deleted and the high flow cat i am sure to fail emissions testing, so if you could keep it legal that would be the selling point for me and others i am sure...

I always try to keep it that way. I will most likely come out with 2 headers. 1 with a cat and one without.

ummm yeah. my bad. haha.
then this sounds great. cnat wait to see some pictures/$$$

thats what i figured.... but pretty much i was just given the vt boy some s***.. can't wait to see how this header turns out...

to the people who are worried about the cat delete. check your states emission tests before you worry about it. in maryland they simply plug your car in and check for the check engine light. if you aren't throwing any codes you pass.

the cat delete can give you more power, it may cause you to fail emissions test, but why not do a lil bit to keep the emissions down? i know thats very tree huggish of me, but in reality that is what was keepin me from deletin my cat more then anything.

hey im supposed to play the tree hugging-enviromental freindly-hippy on this forum. damn you!
and i say, delete the cat and plant a tree and it should even out.

If the price is right, I'd be willing to have a look.

^^same...

hope this one doesn't have problem like draxas.... I'm tired of waiting for a header to come out in the market!!!

EVERYTHING has to be stainless. I was thinking of the Draxas, except the header is not stainless. Wouldn't last two years up here in Ontario Canada with all the salt we use on the roads in the winter.

I also don't care if it uses the original cat, as long as there is a high quality cat in the system. Up here in the north, they don't care if you have modified the cat or changed it, as long as you have one and it works (IE passes the sniffer test)

if it isn't stainless wouldn't the ceramic coating take care of weather issues?

yeah the north east is like the north west(cali) they are very stingy on stuff and maine has already tried to pass stiffer laws then california has, and they were not passed, but i bet in another year or two they will... b/c of emisions you can't even by a noncommericail new diesel vehichle in the state anymore...
