FedEX Can kiss my ass!!

I worked at a FedEX ground terminal loading the trucks for local delivery from the main transport trucks... I did it for like a week before I had enough... it was mad shady. when that stuff came down to us too fast, we would just throw it somewhere in the vicinity of our truck, and hope it didn't fall off the platform. (cause we needed the space off the platform for other things.. which I'll mention later) that job blew! they had me trying to load 3 different trucks on my 3rd day there.. which meant I had to memorize almost 70 zip codes, and have them mapped in the truck. I would then have to try to memorize the streets and place the packages in order of the route the delivery guy would go. needless to say, I was tossing a lot of packages at the trucks. and when we ran out of space, or were running out of time, thats when the off platform space came in handy... cause you would throw that stuff down there, and if you were really pressed, throw it under the truck and hope the driver doesn't see it as he drives away. mad shadiness... I worked for 1 more day and then had enough... took a long weekend for my bro's wedding and then just never went back...

I have had packages not recieved on time with all the correct info.
Zip codes... thats all I gotta say about that.

Well like I stated in the previous post I did. There can be NUMEROUS REASONS...why you didn't recieved it at that particular moment in time. I only listed a few reasons. The incorrect address is just an EXAMPLE.

Proper training.... is usually someone watching over the trainee.
If deliveries is your specialty or profession you are expected to get the job done right the first time. Now when customers are retarded and don't know how to send something out with the right address... then that is another story.
First of all, you are just looking from the outside. The employees get proper training, but it still takes time for you to learn the job. Now if your referring to the driver who make these deliveries. Majority of the times if you ain't get your package on time is cause of the various reasons I stated before.
