Favorite Hot Sauce?

Who out there does not like a little spice to their food? I was just curious what some of your favorite Hot Sauces were. I, personally like moderate heat with good flavor, not something so hot I cannot taste the different ingredients.

My current Favorite: Huy Fong Sriracha
I use it on just about everything

^Knows whats up when it comes to the Sriracha. When I was in culinary school, I had a prof that loved this stuff so much, he would give us extra points on anything that we put it in. Im addicted to it because of him. Great flavor, not just heat. For wings, I like Frank's Red Hot Sauce......Same deal, not just heat, taste also.

Mixing the Tapatio and the Franks is pretty good too. Makes it a bit hotter but still tastes like franks.

Dave's Insanity Sauce. But once a year I make a nearly pure jabenero sauce with ingredients from my garden that is better IMO. Peppers grow awesome here in NM.

Yea but which one feels the best when poured in your eye? J/K.....I agree though...if its too hot and you just can't taste s*** I don't see whats so great about it... you knows whats the best cure for somthing too hot? Sugar.... try it... I was suprised when I tasted that Red Death sauce or something like that and started foaming at the mouth and thought I was gonna die...the guy at the mexican place gave me a bowl of sugar....worked like a charm......water is the worst...makes it worse!

I like FRANK'S REDHOT XTRA Hot Sauce personally. It's states 4 times hotter than the normal Redhot which I would have to agree with. Same taste just hotter because the normal Redhot is like ketchup to me and the boys. I put it on everything from eggs at breakfast, take a bottle to me with lunch to put on my sandwiches and dinner. Awesome in spaghetti too. We have Skylines here in Cincinnati and they sell their own sauces in gallon jugs and that we use allot too. Hottest sauce I ever tried was while we were in Gatlinburg... Some spice shop inside the Country Mall on the strip. The lid had a warning tag written 10X Spicey, try at your own risk. I should of heeded the warning from the guy behind the counter.. they have toothpicks out to sample it. I asked for a cracker instead, said the salesman 'ice cream shop is just around the corner' (warning I spoke of a sentence ago) as we all know dairy products cuts the heat. Well, I popped it into my mouth with no drink in sight. It wasn't too bad at first, 5 minutes later I was sweating like I had just run a marathon... Where the f$*k was that ice cream shop?!? lol, I stuck it out with no dairy products... for 2-3 hours my mouth was still on fire. Went back later to thank the guy. Funny as hell.

For wings I add some Picapeppa sauce to the Franks. Picapeppa has hardly any heat, but a ton of flavor.

"Los Alamo's own Radioactive Habanero Sauce"

HAHA, that actually IS where my peppers are grown. Lived there for my first 19 years. Everything is radioactive;) Gives the habanero a REAL kick.
