I'm a HUGE movie buff and that piece of s*** (In the name of the king: A dungeon seige tale) was one of the single worst movies I have seen in my entire life!! The different ****** accents, horrible acting, let alone the plot and bad battle sequences.... there was nothing good about it.

Back on topic (2thumbs) I will keep going to the F&F movies for the drool factor (girls and cars). I admit it, me and a bunch of buddies are seeing it opening night in PG in the MD.

It's also a great laugh when you leave the movie and there are people pulled over 2 blocks away for speeding and burnouts ;) Not so funny to see the cars in the parking lot broken into during the movie with s*** missing. Watch your backs guys....
 
I will absolutely see it. It cracks me up that the first thing people do is bag on it. It's for entertainment not a documentary.
 
we thought about doing like we do some saturdays at the boat ramp... just pull up a chair, a cold drink from the cooler, and watch the hilarity!

i know of a theatre in west houston that will probably be a total rice-fest... probably have a bunch of lame FWD trying to drift sessions in the back of the parking lot... might even get to see a non-painted body kit get ripped off on a parking stop...

hehehe

Had a decent plot (for an action movie), decent acting, and the hottest girl on earth (jordana brewster). What car movie isn't "lame." Gone in 60 seconds had me laughing a few times. Still fun to watch.

Definately going to be some VTEC's farting around after though. I wonder if they will put cops around opening night.

Yeah I don't mind the 1st movie, the 2nd movie was pretty bad, the 3rd was better than I was expecting.

The only thing I hate seeing in this new movie is that stupid CGI tanker rolling down the hill... Just do it for real you pussies. haha
 
I will see it...I will just park WAAAAYYYYY out or take another car.
They are good movies for entertainment. Movies are just that, movies...

You know whats funny ...we were in bestbuy sunday and they had that playing my little boy saw it and that it was cool. i said we have that at home...he walked away and didn't say anything else about it. then yesterday after i picked him up from school he kept asking to watch that fast movie with the cool cars...it took me a min. to fig out what he meant. but i put it on for him and watched 1/2 of it...he was glued to the tv. my wife wasn't to keen on him watching it though:mad:. but he liked it....(friday)
 
Haha he just wanted to see some girlz !!

Anyone else notice that Nina (i think that was her name) is no asian . . . . . Maybe its just because im from ecuador but it bothered me the entire movie.

lil man has good taste, i really enjoyed TD...even when it comes on TV i find myself watching it

I am still debating if I want to waste the cash to view this film in the theater or just wait for it to come out on DVD.
 
its funny how everyone bad mouths these movies.. HOWEVER everyone has seen them.. and watch them more then once.. and prolly own them..

Its not "uncool" to like F&F.. GROW UP... its a good movie.. yeah ok its a bit far fetched, ricer, and sometimes just stupid.. and the acting is not always the best.. but its a CAR MOVIE.. we are CAR BUFFS.. so we see them and gladly pay to..

So stop axcting all "hard/tough" its just a childish front..

go get in your cars and drive down and see it.. and when u leave dont even lie.. u know u have the feeling to race afterwards...

that feeling u get afterwards.. is because u enjoyed it and it sparked a mood to enjoy some road time.

on that note I hate these movies.. they are dumb as hell.. I wouldnt dare watch them...
