Fast and Furious!

I loved that white RX7 at the "race war" scene in the first movie. Very sexy. Too bad it lost to what looked like a riced out nissan.

If that's an M5, then why does it have the regular 5 series mirrors?

Too soon junior...

I'll be going to see it, probably for no other fact that there seems to be some pretty legit cars in it this time:

E39 M5 and Ford RS200 Evo FTW

They usually have 1 legit car and then a bunch of cheap look a likes that they can wreck. I wonder if there is a real M5 in the movie with different mirrors or if they are all regular 5 series cars that they say is an M5.

That's true, I've seen some of the cheap copies they've used. It's hilarious, carbon fiber vinyl on the hood, the same wheels, but in 15" instead of 19", and so on.

But that car looks like the original since the copies are usually just used for stunts.

actually im just hopeing that the movie will get everyone back into the car scene....it is almost non existent here anymore....after the first movie it was CRAZY for about 2 years.

Ricer or whatever you want to call me. I really enjoy these movies. Obviously not real! But I enjoy them, end of story. So I have to work tomorrow morning, so i'm on the cuff whether or not i'm going, but if there is any chance i'll be there.

Just got home from watching a pre-screening tonight. Its a pretty good movie, anyone that isn't a fan of the old ones should still watch it. I felt like the old ones were trying to squeeze in a story line while showing off a bunch of cars, this ones got a pretty good story line. Def. worth a watch I think, especially if your a muscle car fan.

just got back from the first midnight show. enjoyed it alot. good to see paul walker and vin diesel back on the screen together. brought back a lot of memories from the first one.

and everyone that cries rice should stfu, considering the first F&F got most if not everybody on here into modding and that whole scene.

It depends on your age I suppose. I remember what the modding scene was like before the first movie. It was quite a bit smaller, but more fun (to me at least). Then the first movie came out and everything just exploded. All of a sudden everything got huge. That's when APC and all the really junk companies got into the scene. Then the big car companies took notice and a lot of smaller guys got crowded out. Now they've all pulled out and we're back to where we started.

I'm glad that the movies got a lot of people into modding their cars. But it also dropped the quality of the modded cars quite a bit. After the first and second movies came out, so many people got busted for street racing. Then after the 3rd, people kept getting busted for drifting (FWD cars ironically). Having said that, I actually liked all 3 movies. It's entertainment, not a reflection of the car culture.

I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for the first one...

I've always liked cars, but it showed me that I could get into my generation's car scene in modern cars. All I knew about before were muscle cars really. 4-pot turbos FTW!

I liked the first one and Tokyo drift, the second one was kind of blah to me. But I think this new one is probably my fave of the series now.

Just came back from seeing FF and I have to say, it was actually good. :)

1970 Chevelle SS FTMFW! I couldn't tell in the commercials but I might just have to go see this now. To bad they probably destroy it too...

I've had wet dreams about that car since I was 14. The other cars are nice, but come on, a 454 c.i. big block (assuming it had that option and not the 396)!

I saw it last night, and i have to say it was very good. Best out of the series. They actually had a good story line. Not alot of of cgi like the others and seeing vin and paul back was nice. Not alot of ricer cars, pretty legit cars this time. I wish some other characters *cough* (Han) played a longer role but it was overall a great movie. I highly recommend.
