Factory Cold Air Intake Released Today

Cold Air Intake for the Mazdaspeed3

I just bought the cold air intake for the Mazdaspeed3 from the dealership. I was told that the CAI for the Mazdaspeed3 is $379, and take 1 hour of labor to install ($70). Having a dealership install the unit DOES NOT voide the warranty in any way the part is covered under warranty.

My brother-in-Law manages a service department for a Mazda dealership and he said that it's very easy to install and look great under the hood. However, this is for the Mazdaspeed3 CAI.

I installed the Injen CAI on my 2004 '3 and it was not that easy.

HUGE HUGE Question

OK, I have a 2009 MS3. I just talked to my bud at the dealership about the "new" CAI. He gave me part number GRMS 8M L30. Does anyone know if this is the new part number?

well at least you used the search function i see!! So good job on that!!

I dont think that is the right part number for the MS3. I am pretty sure the L30 is for the na 3. The speed 3 should end in L29 i believe
