hey all, i stumbled on this one person's 6 who happened to have the stock 17's on but they were chromed...anyone know more about this as in where this can be done or only dealers can do this?? thanks alot

not factory...there is a place in california that you send your stock 17's to and they send you a set of chrome dipped aloys. it's like $500 charge, 600 deposit and your rims. Watch for them on ebay Remember the deposit is refunded when you send perfect condition 17's back to them! Curb rash on 1 rim will cost you the deposit. I don't remember if they payed for the S&H of your rims back. They send you the rims and you send your rims back in that packaging the cromed diped ones came in. I wanna say UPS but I'll try and do a quick search. Search for earlier convos in this section (6) with a member titled "thejonny" IIRC
