about 2 seconds after it was doused in lighter fluid and the wind caught it. once the wind started blowing heavy, it was over. then the firefighters (just a tahoe, prolly the chief or some s***) came to investigate i had to put it out with the bucket of water i had sitting nearby. the black smoke alarmed my neighbor lol.
 
i must say after it was burnt it was much more flexible, i prolly coulda got it to fit at that point.
 
great, but i really wanted to burn it all the way to ashes, but local authorities prevented it. :(

Just keep it for the next time you have a bonfire, then toss it in when the fire is hottest.
