exaust 2002 mazda protege 5

i have purchased a header and cat back exaust but i can not find a bolt on high flow cat does anyone know where i can find one im looking for full bolt on no modding

i just put the sls midpipe in, i love it, definitely worth it imo

yeah i already looked at that one it wont work for me my header all ready has the down pipe attached so i need just the lower cat pipe cause i also have 2 and half from the cat back so a min pipe deosnt do me any good but thanks anyways..

im kind of confused. starting from the back you should have the axel back where your muffler is, then there should be another pipe where you may or may not have a resonator, then is the mid pipe with the 2nd cat then from there is the header. the SLS midpipe would replace that 2 cat and the piping it is connected to. it lies between the header and the resonator pipe.


what kind of header and cat back system do you have?

There are two versions of the midpipe available at that link. One version is for the MSP, and includes the j-pipe extension. The other version is for the non MS Proteges and is the same length as the stock midpipe.

i have a obx header with 2and a half inch cat back burn out exaust, yeah you are right i was just looking at the wrong pict, i ordered and i am just waiting for it to arrive, also another question i put all that on and the next day the check engine light turned on has anyone had that issue? the scan tool tells me its the cat but i just wanna make sure that im not gonna still have the light on after i replace and reset the light.
