ok i see what it does...by altering the intake air temp sensor it tricks the car into thinking it's a different outside temp than what it really is. so when you change it colder it basically increases the fuel consumption, and to get better gas mileage you make it think it's warmer out so it runs less fuel
honda guys have been doing it forever with their cars. they add a resistor (i think to the coolant temp sensor) and it increases the fuel consumption. but this totally ***** up their idles and makes them s*** black exhaust all the time
i guess im just saying im a little skeptical in this product.
