European wiper arm-- installed!

My European driver's side wiper arm arrived yesterday from Germany. This wiper arm has a spoiler/deflector like the ones found on miatas and RX-7s that aids in the wiper tension force while driving at highway speeds. This prevents the wiper from wanting to lift off the windshield and having difficulty clearing off water in situations like:
-heavy rain while driving on the highway
-rain while having a strong headwind
Although the stock wiper arm works perfectly fine in most situations, I want to ensure that the wipers can function in even greater operating conditions for additional safety benefits. Another concern is, I have the OEM hood deflector and it is known that it changes the aerodynamics on the car a bit. I've been told that on some cars (may not be a protege) that have hood deflectors installed are having wiper problems on the highway due to the different resulting aerodynamics. My stock wipers worked fine even with the hood deflector installed, but I don't want to chance it in the likelyhood of even more adverse weather conditions.

Seeing as this was an extremely low priority mod, I spent the mininum amount of money on it.... 10 euros + shipping from a junk yard. It can be ordered new too... the part number is BJ3D-67-321

I already said it's a low priority mod... you make it sound like you think that it's at the top of my list... this seems utterly ridiculous that you have to try to bash over this almost useless mod when I already said so! you also make it sound like I tell the whole world what mods I have... do you see a mod list in my sig? Well you did make a new thread displaying it and all that, so it was so low priority why did you post about it? I can guarantee TheMAN knows more about the Protege than you ever will. He's researched the thing to the limit and then some. He's been a connoisseur of mixing and matching parts from the Protege's sister cars from around the globe. This post is one of the MANY "installments" of his research.

I suggest giving him a bit of respect rather than being an ass making worthless posts.
