My car is a Mazda2 sport 2008. I think my steering rack might be on its way out?! Slight knocking noise when moving the steering wheel left and right when stationary. Can’t hear anything when going along.
I will double check other components first, but what is the estimated labour time to replace a rack on this car as I know many cars are different, some needing to drop gear boxes and stuff! If it’s a mad amount it could be goodbye for the car!
