i was wondering if anyone else has contacted essential speed about a intake manifold, it will be for a n/a setup, i am waiting for either them or perfworks to make one for protege 5. If anyone is interested in going n/a a intake manifold would be nice addition and if we can generate enough interest it may push the development of n/a parts faster.

well it wont be just good for na...there will be benefits seen in turbo'd cars as well.

anyway, you are better, as i say time and time again, decide what you want out of the car and get things made up specifically. ie you want only top end power 8000rpm-10000rpm (obviously with aftermarket ecu to get those revs)...then xyz is the best design and lengths for your application. but if you want idle - 5000rpm...abc is the best design and lenghts. speak to an expert, or better still, speak to as many as you can. there are mathematical formula's out there to help deside what dimension are best for particular applications
