Engine Swap

Hello I have some questions about doing a fs-de or fs-det swap in my 1999 Protege 1.8. I cant find a thread that has even a walk through on how to do it, or how to start. I am wanting to put a speed motor and tranny.
Like do I need to pull the bulk head out and rewire it, or just have to splice a couple wires.
Reason I ask that is because of the motor size difference between the 1.8 & 2.0.

Except for main bearing support plate the speed and non seed motors are exactly the same.

From what I've seen you need mounts harness ecu and motor. Since you will be doing the trans as well you will need axles as well. Pretty straight forward will drop right in

2.0 vs 2.0T

So I could just get the stock 2.0 out of a p/p5 and just put the main bearing support plate from the speed?

Can someone point me to a thread that already takes about this? I have looked through most of them and no one has done this build.
