Very nice. 4 wires I notice...not like the way the newer ones are set up.

Yeah the 99-00 proteges had the coil packs on teh side. They actually produce a hotter spark than the newer ones hence why Foo uses them in his P5 instead of the stockers. I also have a header coming to me from europe that has been custom made so I will post pics of it when i get it coated and everything.

have you dynoed your car?

how much power has the combo of cam gears and the 2 camshafts produced?

I haven't had it on a dyno yet i'm gonna wait till i'm done i'm not really interested in comparison before and after and anyways i don't have enough cash to travel 3 hours to the nearsest dyno plus dyno time fees and all that. I will do it once my header gets here next week adn i get my pistons in by the end of the month.

Engine looks very nice (thumb). So which way do you think is a better way to go? Did you like the turbo better or is the NA treating you better?

So far I'm gonna have to vouch for NA. Granted its not as much power but the car is alot more fun to drive and to me you can push it harder it seems. But maybe its just me

Sure I'd rock a set of Sparcko wires over my NGK's if they were blue one and also if I got them for free cause right now i'm broke and I need to buy rings and rod bearings for my piston install then this fall its to the body work to get ready for the upcoming show season in the spring. SO yeah i'll rock them if you give me a set then i will rock a sticker on my car hey free advertizing!!!!!!

Oh yeah...i too know the pain of new rod bearings, and pistons w/rings. What do you say Sparckotech? Are we a go or no?
