EMS with mazdaspeed cams?

I searched and found no decent results for what i'm asking. I'm interested in getting the Mazdaspeed intake and exhaust cams from SRmotorsports. If I do install them, is engine management needed to run correctly, or can I just drop them in and drive away? I understand too that the adjustable cam gears make a difference too, but that would be a mod down the line after the cams are in.

same question here. they said you would have gains with the cams but not to its full potential w the EMS. but is it worth the upgrade is my question
