Orangezoom any chance you or they are making any pnp harness...dont really want to tap or splice any ECU wires.

It would be cool if you can get the guy to explain how its done...that would be gold!

I told him that he could really make some money with a pnp harness but no go he does not want to do that

You Sir are wrong it works great
Not to be a jerk here, but everytime someone says this and people ask for the proof, nothing ever comes back.

So, send over the contact info for the person who made it work. I'd be interested in talking to him.

How long have you had it on your MSP? Has it reset?

What kind of proof do you want

Can I give you something else to prove it sir

See, the problem is not getting it to work. The problem is making it work for an extended period of time. Just wai tuntil your ECU learns around the corrections from the E-Manage.

Then tell us it works...

Some people it'll last ten drive cycles. Others, barely one.

Ok, we'll see if ECU learns around it. It has happened to everyone else who has put the E-Manage on the MSP.

Spoolin' was one of the first and he had it working for awhile, but eventually, the ECU switched back.

Did spoolin have the O2 simulator though

Actually there was a guy from North Car. that was running the emanage for a long time but thanks for the warning.

I don't remember what all he did to try to get the stock ECU to stop learning around the E-Manage. But I thought he had tried a lot shortly after he started this thread and made it a sticky...

It was another one of his babies, like the MicroTech.

Who was the "guy"?

This is what I am talking about. Everytime some one says this but has no way to back it up.

I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but this is the typical circle.

1.) Person A says it works fine.
2.) Person B asks how and no info is provided.
3.) Person A after a short time says the stock ECU re-learned and they will try something.
4.) Person B asks again what they did.
5.) Person A appears to fall off the planet.
6.) Person C says basically what I said.
7.) Person D comes on and starts the cycle all over again.

If you look at the start of this thread the 6th post is the guy I am talking about
And he never fully got his car running right on it.

Yea, I think its the difference between the ecu's because terry tried one on an msp, and it had the same problems.

You've got control over fuel w/ larger injectors and whatnot, timing, can do boost cut maps, lots of other stuff. We're just getting started on trying things with my car :)
From the person running it. Not an MSP...
