Wife's did what seems to be the same thing last week (19000m). It was after a rain and she was pulling away from a stop on a slight incline, so she probably did spin a tire. She called me and told me the warning lights would not go off even with the switch. Also the voice prompt from setting up the bluetooth came over the speakers. I told her to just pull over in a safe place and to cut off the car, wait a minute, re-start and then see what happens. The "reboot" seemed to solve the issue at least for the time being. We'll keep an eye on it and hope it will either never come back or do so while still covered under the 3/36000.
