Isnt that why harper has such a bad image? Everyone who voted for the liberals fell into that trap, look what they did to stockwell a couple years ago. THe entire fiberal campaign was based on bad talking the conservatives and painting a evil portrait of Harper. And martin is a crook, he signed off on everyone of the sponsorship payments, and your saying he's not a crook? If hes not, he one dumb mofo.

I did not insult anyone anymore than I was insulted by his post, maybe its because we are used to having no say in any federal matters, and your used to having all the power and now that its been taken away you feel as useless as a liberal.

I know this country will never be satisifed by a central government, and that there will always be a struggle for power because of the diverse needs of the people. I dont understand why no one wants to give the conservatives power, I figure its mostly the media being leberal friendly and being affraid of the un-known. I could never understand why Quebec wanted to seperate, but I do now. I was ashamed to be apart of canada under the liberal rule, and had considered moving to the states. So if ya dont like that, you know where to go.

Why Liberals didn't get my vote.

1.Numerous scandals and wastes of money. Ad-scam, lining liberal friendly ad firms with money to 'help' Quebec. Gun registry, passed through parliment under the 200 mil or less loophole while admitting later on that it would cost more last counted at 1.5 billion, only a 1.3 billion mistake, not bad for a finance minister. E.I. billion dollar boondoogle. These are only some of the ones the party got caught with. and everybody knows that when you get caught doing something wrong chances are pretty good it wasn't the only time.

2. Economics. As far as canadian economics go we're in good shape. Don't pat a liberal back though because if you look at the American economics that are tightly connected to Canadas they have done just as well after surviving numerous natural disasters, terrrorism and a multi-trillion deficit. And in fact if the liberals didn't wait until election times to get tougher with the states on issues such as beef and softwood maybe those people wouldn't losing income and jobs.

3. Healthcare. The liberal solution to ever increasing waiting times and decreasing of services is to make a better waiting list by calling it a registry and reduce federal funding without increasing provincial by the same amount (or even half).

4.History. 27 years of the last 30 being goverened by a multi-millionare lawer from Quebec. Time for a change.
1993-2005. Promising to scrap GST, Agrees with Alberta on a triple E senate and then balks on it saying it was a joke. scrapping sea kings at a cost of 500 mil and three lives. 1995 Air bus scandal. Somalia cover up. 1998 Martin cooks books for HRDC. 1998 desault fired for refusing to fudge numbers for Martin. Constantly violating rules of tender, Re-Max, Bombardier military contracts.

5. Sheer stupidity. Martin attending a fund raising diner for Tamil tigers, on FBI top ten terrorist threat. Federal government states that people earning less then $20 000 are in poverty, but collected $6 000 000 000 in taxes from them. Chretien telling the poor people in third world countries to buy cell phones. Martin telling parliment that his shipping line only recieved $137 000 in government work, the real total $161 000 000, must have forgotten the extra 3 zeros(again)

A big congratulations to Canada, you're entering the 21st century now and slowly leaving the failed experiment of liberalism (watered-down socialism) behind.

USA flushed the liberals in 2004, Germany did it in 2005, and now Canada stood up to the far-left liberals the other night. Families in Canada are no different than families in America, they don't want their children growing up and turning into druggies or selling their bodies like liberal Hollywood and the liberal media glamorizes in flims. All of North America is getting sick of the perversion and gay-agenda of the left wingers.

I'm surprised the libs up there haven't started claiming election fraud yet or the poor inner-city minority voters feeling disenfranchised, like the lib sheep down here do.
