EIP R32 pwnage. - Vids.

Yeah that place is really tight. I went there looking for a hoes for my oil return when I boosted my bp-05. They just gave me some for free. Awsome guys.

sweet!!! the VR6 has got to be THE BEST sounding motor around. (boom03)

and the FSDE has made over 400whp.... just not buy anyone on these boards. JIC protege drag car is just one name to come to mind. (wiggle)

I saw a stock R32 at the car wash yesterday. Let me just say that car is the sex. I'll take 2 please! If I ever buy anther car it will be that one.

Ok, that guy standing with his head in the engine bay during the dyno run is a moron.

He is listening for detonation. Those headphones help him hear it.

I'm sure with 600whp they have strapped the car done good enough! (cabpatch)

im thinking they made it fwd for that dyno, because in the drag race vid its DEF not fwd.

I was just thinking that maybe it was a GTI instead since the back tires were definitely NOT turning.

It's a R-32, they disconnect the halifax so it could run on the dyno. It doesn't hurt it. They come with 240hp stock not 260. The motor has not been around that long. 600+hp is fairly easy to get with either of their Bi-turbo setups. Back in VA one of the VW clubs I was with has an MKIV 1.8t that had 450-500 whp. Just wait till they bring ou the R36 if they ever do. Most of the time we (in the US) dont get to see most of the really kewl stuff VW or other companys have to offer.

Also i thought the R32 was a great car at first then it got way to popular and I got to ride in one when they first came out. Bad experiance for me..... The guy couldn't drive so I've been turned off by them for the most part. But their are a lot of Bad @$$ ones out there!

are you sure it's a r32? when it's at the track,it's running FWD.

EIP has some cool cars. They are right down the street from me...Got my mustang and Crown vic dyno'd there.

They had an AWD golf or GTI that was over 600 HP a few years back. It was in turbo magazine or SCC.

The reason they only do the dyno's in FWD is because they don't have an AWD dyno....

but what about the track vid,it looks to me as though they are running it as FWD on the track.

Yes, at the track they run it AWD, on the dyno they run it FWD. It's just a driveshaft....couple bolts and it's off.
