yah and with about a 1.8 inch drop which is probably closer to 2 inch. I'll install and have a local shop align. It might not be an aggressive of enough drop to need a camber kit. It's not like a 5 inch honda drop
the drops will probably be a little less as the speed3 is .5in lower than a reg 3.
there isnt much wheel gap as is. i cant see lowering it 2 in.(dunno)
Eibach website AND tirerack.com don't have any real info on these yet. They are listed on the Eibach website, but the info on drop and spring rate is blank still.
Tirerack is a direct partner/distributor for Eibach... I'll wait until these are listed on their site before I give someone money.
Summit seems to keep pushing back their listed ship date.
On a related note, I called H&R today to inquire about their sport springs for the speed3 that have been listed on their website for quite some time now.
The girl I spoke with said they were still in the R&D stage and that they would be out sometime this year. Hopefully Eibach is a little closer than that to getting their springs released. I'll pretty much go with whatever company gets them released first. Both are definitely reputable spring manufacturers.
Sad thing is the MazdaSpeed spring kit is only a 15mm drop. And they are out now. I would of jumped on those if it was a 1.5inch drop. But I can wait.... I just wanna get rid of the huge front wheel gap.
hopefully got a deal in the making to take my car to RoadMagnet.com headquarters for them to make a prototype set of springs for the speed3, i will have more details after this weekend.
