interesting. i think we now know why my ride quality hasn't changed ; )
so basically with the eibachs i have on the ms3, i am lowering the center of gravity with little to lose in terms of ride quality however it seems i'm leaving a little left in the way of potential increase in rates.
here is the scoop with MS3 specific springs and eibach- they passed the idea around internally and the main problem was procuring one for testing. they figured that for such a low production run car, if they were going to have to chase around a test car too, it's just not worth it!
i think it IS worth it....so i'm going to put a feeler out on their behalf while i talk to my contacts over there further about this. tho i'm very pleased with what i have, if i can get an optimized set with increased rates and even greater performance, i'm in!
So basically you got the m3 springs and installed them on an MS3 right? So if you had a m3 you would have noticed a stiffer ride as I'm sure the regular 3 spring rates are softer than the MS3. 1" lower and the same spring rates. I'm not sure I'd like that though. I want something a bit stiffer, but still comfortable....(scratch)
