This thread is a concern to me, as I just ordered a rear strut bar. It's due to arrive tomorrow. I have not dealt with them (EDO) before, but I do have a tracking number and all, so it seems ligit. James seems to be ok. He answered all my e-mails, and like I said, provided me a tracking number. Should I be worried? (nailbyt) If/when my part arrrives, I will let you all know how it turns out.

Yes, my friend, you are correct! EDO is a great vendor! I recieved the rear srtut bar in about 5 days. Great looking part. Fits great. Easy install. Also, they gave me a key-chain and some stickers to rice up my ride! Will do business again! (thumb)

I think he's given up on you. From my understanding, this has been ongoing for quite some time and he's given you the requested information *numerous* times. I read that you underwent staff changes so I'm sure that's the issue keeping you from having the information currently.. However, some people prefer to move on and tell their story instead of have to go through it over and over and over and over and over and over. I think that's enough overs for a literal count of the times he's tried to resolve this.

Too little too late? Not sure but it's not helping the image that a lot of Austin has lready and it's not one this forum's going to take lightly if it happens again.

Edit: Don't get me wrong, I *know* you pay an assload of cash to be an AV here every month, and I'm sure Antoine appreciates it. However, I see none of that income so that leaves my position as one to watch out for members, not the upcoming bill.

This has been going on since early last year.

Pirana apparently has a threshold before he just doesnt care about things anymore, as many of us do.

And, EDO COULD find the info given the month and year along with what was sold, all of which are provided.

^^^correct...it was so miniscule, but still a rip-off, which is why I never did any more business...and as you can see in my car, lots of money has been invested after the fact. The only reason I posted the invoice is because he said I never bought anything from him. I left the TX just to show it was shipped to TX, where I leave.
