Ecu Reflash

the flash is a Piasini, and we are now the partner for the southwestern United States. I should have dyno sheets and raw data for you within the week. What we have seen on our in house Dynapac chassis dyno looks impressive so far. Full control over throttle, timing, fuel, and vvt maps.

Should be about 475.00 for the 2.3 n/a and 450.00 for the 2.0 n/a

I'll keep ya posted

any update on this you where talking about?

hmm that sounds great, im using CP-E Standback for mazda 3 2.3 NA right now, and it works great, really good gains out of it.
my question to you is, will the flash work on a turbo kit per say ?

yes, if you are going to use a standback on top of the stock ecu, the reflash works great. You just need to be able to add fuel for boost, and pull timing as you like.

well standback gives you control over timing/fuel/boost...
will flash adjust itself if forced induction was introduced ?

The stock pcm cannot adjust for fi over about 4-5 psi. There is just no sensor in place in the stock configuration to allow for extra fuel when the boost comes on. The MS3 uses a different type pcm to take care of this issue. The stand back is good for adding the extra fuel you need and adjusting the ignition timing, but it is a piggy back and cannot control the main engine functions of the stock pcm. It's a good modifier for a good turbo install when used with the factory pcm and a reflash

so factory reflash that you will actually do, adjusts the stock ECU to optimal working, to maximize gains out of every mod... so adjusts the cam/timing/fuel/ignition etc....
so in reality, its perfect for NA, or even nitrous then. just when going FI, new map sensor and standback/piggyback system would have to installed to compensate for additional boost kicking in, and adjusting the afr/timing while on full boost ???

i would really like to see AFR output after the flash...
that would tell me a lot more then numbers themself.

Since I got my 2006 Mazda3 brand new, I've been looking for a way to reflash/adjust the ECU. I would really like to increase the speed limit from 118mph to 140mph, and maybe tweak a few other things. does anybody know of a reflash, or other means of doing this.

why did i just bust 135
about 10mins ago on my way
back from the store in my
2006 mx3 2.0 (performance mods past removing the res. and grounding the throttlebody ?

You're sure that's mph, NOT kph?!! (rlaugh) Read the BIG numbers, not the little ones... (haha, jk!)
