I'm wondering if they'll provide a "Stage 1+ tune" that would be CAI+TP+BPV. That would be a pretty popular one IMO.
Is anyone running stage 2 with CAI and a cat-back exhaust? Or does it have to be turbo back?

Before I had the AP, I'd have to shift the car around 5500rpm because the power just fell on its face due to the throttle plate closing and low boost (8-9psi).
2-4th gear wot cobb ap
Now that the accessport is installed, the throttle is wide open and the car is boosting 14-15psi past 6500rpm. Much more power under the curve to play with (drive2)
1. You need at least a new downpipe to run stage 2 tbe maps
2. I've heard and agree that we don't need backpressure cause we're boosted. NA cars require a bit of backpressure.
3. Having run stock bpv, bov, hybrid, and bov as bpv.... bov just runs lousy. unfortunately, to my knowledge, cobb hasn't released a map pulling fuel at shifts like the cp-e standback can do. I was in denial thinking my bov made my car run fine, nevermind the idle backfires and popping. I say get something like the greddy s, rs, or hks ssq and just run it in recirculation mode. they are still plenty loud and your car runs like stock. I find the whistle sounds carry better in recirc than the air whooshing sounds, so def go greddy s or hks if you want to be noticed.
I'm testing out stage 2 and doing some data logging at the moment even though my only exhaust modification is one deleted cat. I believe the only difference between stage 1 and stage 2 is increased boost to take advantage of the increased exhaust flow. What map are you running?? Stage 1 + intake??
Nice. Ive read where stage1 and stage 1+ is a 60-69 ft/lb increase in torqueI wonder about HP
You can buy an ms3 accessport from anywhere and update the firmware to use it on the ms6.So you guys are saying that Cobb has on the market now the AP for the MS6? Can we get it from Cobb or somewhere else?
