I know it probably won't do what they claim...But, part of me still has to wonder, what will it do??

They really can't control things like this. That's like saying a newspaper should stop people from advertising hokey things in the classifieds - they can try but weird and totally useless junk is still going to show up. Like magazines that advertise Quick and Easy penis enlargement pills, herbal wonder drugs and pheromone additives. It's really an issue of caveat emptor and if it sounds too good to be true....well....

People for some reason really dig the idea of a miracle item they can buy, and there are always going to be the people who are crafty enough to sell said item.
