Easy way to install CS Inster In MS3?

FYI - the purpose of this forum is to post how-to's not ask how-to (see Sticky atop of this forum). When I installed my CS Inserts, I searched using the forum and multiple threads came up and I copied and pasted the replies into a Word document and printed that up.

And basically theres only one way to install them and that is pretty easy. Take the stock one out, put the inserts in. Put the mount back in.
