In June I will be installing my custom turbo kit system. I will need to get some dyno tuning done. Anybody got any recommendations? I figured KLR, Racing Innovations, or K Motion, but I don't know how much I trust these shops.

Dino

The only place in town is Air Cooled Classics that has a dino. Great group of people, thats where I would go.

Somebody else recommended me to Speed Sport Engineering. Have you ever heard of them? The name of the tuner over there is Nick, he drives a very very fast red Supra. I need to get some estimates, do you have the phone number for Air Cooled Classics?

Yes, Speed Sport is part of Air Cooled and Nick knows his s***. The number to ACC is 971-4914.btw SS is right behind ACC.

Cool I think Nick is definately who I will take it to. It should be pretty easy because I am going to be running all the necessary equipment to tune with, and I think the setup is pretty simple. I mean how hard could a t25 be to tune.

I will be installing it myself with two other guys. I am not the best when it comes to difficult installs, but the guys helping me are excellent with motors. One is a Pontiac owner and the other a DSM owner, so they both are constantly working and fixing their cars. The DSM owner's brother is a professional welder so I am pretty much set.

That would be awesome if you are willing to help. It would be great to have a pro there. We plan on installing it around the beginning of June. Just in time for Clinton Highway to begin.

I dont go out their that often. My weekands are at shows. I've already had three registration forms for car shows sent to me in the last couple of weeks. These where from some shows I was in last year and these are not the big ones.

How Much?

I have wanted to get a dyno for my car for quite a while to figure out if the changes I have made have made any difference what so ever. What is the cost of getting a dyno just to figure out where I am for right now? The car I am talking about is a Mazda Millenia with a few mods. I want to sell the extra parts i have but people want to know my gains before buying these parts of course. Let me know.

Speed Sport Engineering, 865-777-DYNO is the best place around town to do it at. I think they charge $50 or $60 for three good pulls. Although I don't know if you guys have heard or not but the tuner there wrecked his MKIII Supra last thursday. The car was pushing so much damn horsepower it was really a shame it got totaled. He flipped it 3 times but his roll cage saved his life. The shop is located off of Lovell road somewhere.
