dyno results

i got a few mods and figured i would go dyno my msp. i went to cp racing in charlotte nc saturday nigth the 19, made three pulls. first pull was 226whp for some reason he couldnt read rpm on the mazda cars with our coil pack design.so it was read with mph. i didnt have a fan in front of the intercooler so heat sink took place, with 222 then 218. my air fuels were in the 12's at high rpm, but crazy rich before 5000 rpms. my mods are fmic,mbc at 10psi,joep fcd, 3 inch midpipe with stock cat back,injen cai and greddy type s blow valve.

Nice numbers!!! I wouldn't get the g-force drag radials....I get almost the same 60' times with the stock potenzas.

I have very very similar mods so I wonder if I can expect the same type of numbers. Maybe it's time to hop on the dyno(scratch)

i thought it would take a little more to get over 220... but that's still really impressive.

yes i was really impressed. msp are the underdogs lol not for long though. there was two dsm there with 28 turbos boosting alot more then 10psi. one was boosting 19psi and made 281 athe wheels, but his friend was running idk what psi, he had race gas and only put down 222, i got worried lol i was like man i'm not going to break 200whp, but the ole mazda held true. cant wait till i do some tuning

Then youre not doing something right. The drag radials grip 10x better than the potenzas..
