Here is an illustration of how much it has been changed. So thats where you should start I think. Let us know how it turns out on your car.

By the way, when my cams were in 0 position ( stock pos. ) the car idled like usual but after the adjustment , it has a pretty rough idle .

yeah find out the degrees for me if you can. that shows just how much i need to dial my cams in

anyway, that's a pretty good increase! i'm sure that'll feel like a nice increase!

that's a pretty big change in timing! but obviously it works.

When I first installed my 'exhintake' cam, it was accidentally retarded 45, and the car still idled fine...
