dyno day and meets

Kyle, do you know if LSE's dyno dynamic defaults Dynojet numbers for front wheel drive cars? I know for a fact that DB (which has the same dyno) does that unless you ask for a dyno dynamic number reading. DB factors 11.5% from DD to DJ numbers. They did a comparo with a few of the same cars on their dyno and Elite's dyno. Sadly the 206.5 WHP listed in my sig is a dynojet corrected number. Hopefully I can break 200 hp dynodynamic reading next time I do some pulls.

We do not default to dynojet numbers. As we have never owned a dynojet dyno and do not have on in house we can not give an accurate comparison.
A typical factor Shane from DB found was 11.5% compared to his old dyno he used at Elite Autosport in MPLS, MN.
Dyno Dynamics gives you a stated average of 13% correction for comparison between a dynojet and a dyno dynamics dyno in 2wd. We have found it to be 10-15% difference roughly.

If you want the higher number by all means go use the other dyno. The Dyno Dynamics was purchased as a tuning tool and that is what it is used for.

It is very easy for a Dyno Dynamics owner to apply a correction factor to spread the all 'warm and fuzzies', just hit the x key.

I wouldn't worry about the correction factor for determining which dyno to use, ashly pulled a 130hp stock at LSE and I pulled a 145hp stock at Elite so the 11.5%ish sounds correctish.

Its pretty sad that I may not actually be at 200 hp or more on a DD dyno. I guess thats my goal now.
