I friggin HATE my dealer .... they suck ass totaly .... I mean they tellme to be there at 7:00am I arrive at 7:15am and there is one guy in the service department looking at me throught the glass bay door smoking a cigarette !! inside the mazda dealership ... right where it says no smoking .. then after i stand out side the door fo almost 5 mins he comes to the door and opens it about 1 inch and says we not open till 7:30 ... so now I was like :wtf: ... but he lets me in to wait .. so i stand there for what seems line 10-15 mins and there in another guy that shows up and starts shooting the s*** with him for like another 5 mins and that was it!!! I was like Guys !!!!!! do you not see me here ... the first guy says to me what can I help you with ... I told him I had an apointment for 7:00am .. and he looks and says wow yeah it says 7:00 (such great investagation on his part) so then Sherlock asks me what s wrong and I tell him my Mp5 is blowing black smoke under acceleration weather hard or soft and also the annoying engine rattle noise. so he goes out iwth me to look at my milage and he asks me ..so how old are you? I tell him 22 and he says well I'll have to call Buget to get you a car... and I asked why and he said he didnt have a loaner and I told him well I guess that is a good thing since the last one was a POS that damn near got me killed and so about 10 mins go buy and mind you I have to be at work at 8:30 so im really getting pissed and here come two guys that easliy with no exaggeration must have been 75-85 years old they damn near die getting out of this ford contour and they walk in looking at me and the service guy tells me that these two guys are going to take m to my rental .... so i mean I was really pissed at this point and I looked at him like thanks a ******* lot .. and he knew it .. so these guys get me there and I get out and go inside and this b**** asks me for a credit card incase of damages ( then says eve n though mazda is paying for it) .. I tell her no if mazda is paying for it you call mazda and you get there credit card info since you aint getting mine so she said well do you have a 25 dollar deposit for it and i said nope ..so she said she would take care of it and gave me a ****** 4 door ford focus color gold .. UGHHHHHHHHHH i hate this POS ... it sucks .. yeah its clean and new but slow and sloppy and hate no nuts at all ... its redline is like our car at 4000rpms ... I WANT MY MAZDA BACK .. and I will not go to them again I swear it ... plus .. I know they will put it on the lift and cruch my neons again and ill get to b**** some more and also get more free s***

ROFL... I was doing ok till I got to the part above... lol.
I had a 16 year old drive me to the rental place last time I went to the dealer... I think his one and only concern was to prove to me that he couldn't drive at all... He must have panic braked 6 times in the 1.5 miles to the rental place, what a psycho. Good luck with your car though, I hope they manage to get it taken care of... Which dealer is this by the way? I hope it isn't the one over there on Kingston Pike?? *Shivers* I am moving up there soon, and I was hoping they might be decent. Good luck dude!
ok i got a call that it is all ready and I called and the guy was out to lunch but they said they installed a new delay valve adn reprogrammed the cars computer .. also asked about my free oil change and he siad he didnt see any infor in the system about it .. and that also they could not duplicate the smoking issue well we'll see today at 5:30

Is there another Mazda dealer out at the Airport motor mile place or whatever it's called?? That sucks big time... My dealer here is also a Acura dealer, and they are awesome. The last two times I went, they loaned me a 2001 Integra no questions asked. I hate to leave such a good dealership/service dept behind.

well se im used to grayson BMW's service where they gave me a fully loaded M3 Z3 roadster as a loaner in exchange for my base modle z3 and i also got a brand new X-5 for two days and they even call you like 4-5 hours later to see how every thig is and if there is anything else i need .. so i guess you get what you pay for ..

i think there is one on the motor mile. damn this blows to know i need new bushings bad. guess im drivin to Alcoa.
well its back .. my baby purrs like a kitten and every thing seems much much smoother running .. even the shifting .. i would reccomend it to anyone .... so that actually came throguh and i got another free oil change out of it .... they changed what they called a delay valve on it and redid the cars computer and she is puuuuurrrrr-fect ... get it ...hah ha puuurfect ... ok im done now .. lol ..
