Driveshaft Options

Does anyone here know anything about the stock driveshaft or any aftermarket options?

I've been Googling for a few hours and haven't come up with anything (dunno) but it seems like there has to be something out there.

I think someone has recently been working on this, but I can't remember who offhand. I'll see if I can figure it out in the next day or so... I remember reading a thread about it I think.

I think that the rear shaft are the same one on the RX-8.

If my car is ever finished I'll be making a trip to the driveshaft shop to have one made. I don't know of any options right now though....

I was hoping custom wouldn't be the answer. I don't even know much about the stock one but I'm guessing it's steel and way too heavy. I might never get around to it if I find an R34 Skyline GTR soon, but if I can't find a driveshaft on the market I'll look into making one myself.

Don't hold your breath, but anyone who might be interested in buying one let me know... Quantity can do a lot for lowering price, and I promise the design will be just as strong and much lighter than stock.
