Driver's seatback reclining on its own

Has anyone had their power seat fixed per TSB SB-09-020-13? The driver's side seatback has been gradually reclining on its own in my '14 Touring. The TSB says it is possibly caused by the driver's leg contacting the switch when exiting the vehicle. So I'm wondering if anyone has actually had their seat fixed, or did the dealer just play it off like you were hitting the switch? I've been consciously avoiding it when exiting, so I know it isn't me.

I would encourage you to remain open-minded about the possibility that you are accidentally actuating the switch when you enter or exit the vehicle.

Short of the car being possessed by spirits, there are very few other possibilities that are very plausible.

you are not the only one, my "ghost seat" has been doing that as well. Every so often I'll get in the car and notice the seat is reclined back more than it was the last time I was in the car. It oddly hasn't been an issue for awhile, but it does happen every now and then, and I'm sure I'm not hitting the switch either

It is surprising how light a touch the switches need to be activated sometimes, also it might be worse for you people who drive on the wrong side of the road. (whistle)

There is a TSB from Mazda about this. It is definitely when you exit the vehicle, it pushes on the switches and it reclines.
I think they can fix it with a different switch, or I think they add some padding or something. I forgot. Been a while since I read the TSB.

The fact that this is the fattest country probably doesn't help (whistle)
