2017~2025 driver side mirror rattle\vibrates

i own 2025. 1st drive notice that the driver mirror vibrates onver 60. it was replaced. didnt really change anything. any ideas how to solve this issue? maybe contact the DMV report them about this issue? looks like mazda knows about this issue but sadly, wont do anything about it. ideas? The attaching bolts are behind the door covering. Pull back the covering, using a small blade screw driver.

I replaced it with a new one, closed it myself. Its nit that, the bults are nit the issue. The mirror itself, vibrates
