just wondering what kind of slicks you all are using for the track, how much are they? and what do you think of them?

I run bf-goodrich g-force drag radials 205/50/15.......hate them with a passion, no better traction what so ever....

im using some 225/50/15 bfg drag radials, awesome traction, i can't even spin 1st from a roll if the tires are heated up, of course i can spin em a bit from a stop but i can slip the clutch a bit to make it work =)

I should've bought the bigger ones.....the loss of 2in. in diameter kills the traction and top end.

well im pushing a decent amount of power in a 2400lb car and i have no traction issues, and the tires are brand new(they get stickier once they break in), so maybe the smaller ones just don't grip as good...

2400lbs???? Mine tipped the scales @ the track @ 3140 with me in it (I weigh 160lbs.) Damn I wish mine weighed 2400lbs.

yea is your car gutted to hell with no ac/ps though mwhaha...im probably in the 2300s now without me in it.
