Downpipe & Dyno Results

Just got back from the dyno with the car:

Check this out.

On a consistant basis. Run after run. While the car was hot or cold.
Theese were the gains on the MSP with the protosport downpipe installed:

Running 9.5 boost showed a 21 HP difference
And Stock boost (Approx 6.5) showed 14 HP difference.

with the body braces shown.

I will post the dyno sheets tonight !


the car was dynoed with following:

RS Akimoto (prototype) intake
Protosport (prototype) stock location I/C
Protosport dnpipe
Greddy Evo exh. (prototype)

The car was running the latest flash PCM and was 9.5 psi when the 20+ whp difference was shown. But all was subtracted.

Its great. Fit like a glove. You will need a O2 modifier so you dont throw a CEL. You can get one from Apex when you order the DP and it costs like $15...

One more thing i want to put a picture, like you have of the shift knob under your user name, how do you do that???

If you go under user cp on the top you'll find a section, i believe under profile that says avatar. Just set it up from there.

The 21 hp difference......Does that include the upped boost and the DP? or is it the difference between 9.5lbs w/ DP and 9.5lbs w/o DP?

sorry i should have specified. That is the difference between the upped boost with and without the dp.
