Downpipe. Cat or no cat?

I say just run with a cat. I ran just a Cobb catted downpipe with stock CBE and made enough power with just that and my intake to blow out three injectors and an O2 sensor. Plenty of power can be made with a catted downpipe.

OTOH, I have been running a Corksport DP catless, + a TP without a single CEL for about a year now. It's one of the reasons I went CS as it was reputed to have few if any problems with this.
