Doors or speakers rattling on 2012 Mazda 3 S-Touring!

Try this, set the HU to play just one side of the audio system, say the drivers side.
Crank the tunes, CD, and listen for a passage in the music that produce's the problem.
Put your hand on the door panel during that passage and see if there is excessive vibration and with hand pressure applied, does the problem go away.
If so, add some acoustic padding inside to door to see if the vibration can be dampened.
Also look for anything that may be loose in there, wires etc. Tie wrap those down.

I know this is old, however my passenger front door does this. I've located the point of the rattle, press on the door interior to the right of the handle (middle of the door) goes away for me when you press....I've got dynamat on all doors as well as behind the speakers...still happens. I'm sure it's a wire or cable or something between the panel and the door....buzz...buzzzzz....buzz....but only at the lower end bass. There are screws behind the silver cap on the handle to pull the door closed. Pry gently bottom end front, work your way around. Maybe they need a little twist to tighten them....also behind the small access port inside of the door open handle cup thing, there is another screw. Again...gently......highly technical wording, I apologize.
